When I was looking for inspiration for this blog… I decided to look in one of my journals that I have. I bought this journal, several years ago and I really love it… It not only is inspirational, and allows me to journal… But it truly does help me with my GAD.. General anxiety disorder. This quote by Albert Einstein hit me, and I decided to use this as a part of the blog, well actually as the main theme of the blog! “Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible“
This really got me thinking, I happen to be one of those people who is always thinking outside the box.
I especially think outside the box, when it comes to autism.
I try to approach it from unique ways that maybe other people, haven’t really thought about.
Hence why I’ve had some of the guests that I’ve had on my podcast.
I’ve always been one of those who think outside the box.. and sometimes I’ve gotten ridiculed by people in my life.. because I don’t do things the way they do them, so that means I’m wrong. 🤷🏻♀️
It’s very frustrating to me when people are so judgemental because you don’t do things the way they do them.
We’ve really become guilty of this in society lately… we have a “cancel culture“ if you don’t think what other people think, you need to be canceled.
This is silly, in fact I find it to be bullying.
I admire people who think outside the box.
If you really want to be serious about it… Peyton thinks outside the box! his autism allows him to think Outside the box a lot.
I truly admire this about him, he’s not concerned necessarily about what other people are thinking, he’s more concerned about the end result.
I wish people would step back leave people alone, when they are thinking outside of the box!
Some of the greatest achievements in the world, have come because people have thought outside what other people think to be the “normal”
Be yourself… Maybe others think what you do is absurd… And that’s fine.. they don’t have to do it. They can live their life the way they want… And you can live your life the way you want!
I hope this blog inspires you to not only think outside the box, but to think about your Craziest, wildest, funniest and most absurd ideas… Have you ever actually done some of them? If so, what was the outcome?
As always, thank you so much for reading my blog… I hope I put a smile on your face. Please be sure to check out my podcast… Sign up for my email list on my website…
Please be sure to check out Peyton‘s team Etsy shop. The proceeds from his shop are used to help other autistic adults and autism families in need.
