I’ve sat down with Peyton and told him that is fully acceptable and actually I encouraged him, to have his own routine of self-care. Today, I actually got a text message from Teladoc about how the flu has hit us here in Texas. I’ve always stressed whenever my kids have had the flu, but I especially stress when Peyton has the flu. I’m a big believer though in prevention. Since I’m not a big fan of taking medicine and I’m especially not a big fan of my kids taking medicine…I especially love to use all natural preventive products.
